For chartered accountants

We run the monthly books. The CA work stays with you.

Your clients need their accounts kept properly every month; your practice needs them handed over clean and early. OFS does the first and never touches the second. We are not a CA firm and do no CA-reserved work, so an introduction to us is one you never lose a client over.

A clear line, in writing

OFS does

  • Monthly bookkeeping and accounting in the client’s own software
  • Bank, GST and TDS reconciliations, every month
  • GST returns and TDS statements, prepared and filed
  • Monthly MIS, cash forecasting and virtual CFO support
  • Year-end files handed to you early, reconciled and documented

OFS never does

  • Statutory, tax or any other audit
  • Certification or attest reports of any kind
  • Income tax returns or assessments
  • ROC filings
  • Representation before any authority

What it means for your practice

Better books, earlier, with nothing taken from you.

Books that arrive ready

Reconciled ledgers, tied GST and TDS, and supporting schedules months earlier than the usual year-end scramble — fewer audit adjustments and far less chasing.

Monthly work off your desk

The recurring bookkeeping and return preparation that crowds out higher-value work in a practice, handled on a fixed calendar.

Your client stays your client

We don’t do CA-reserved work, and we never will, so there is nothing for us to take. Tax, audit and advice on them stay with you.

A clean handoff when it matters

When a question in the books needs a CA’s judgement — a tax position, a notice reply, a certification — it comes to you, documented.

No referral fees change hands in either direction. The arrangement is purely professional, which is how it should be.

Questions you may have

Is OFS a CA firm?

No. OFS is an outsourced finance company. We employ qualified CAs, but we are not a firm of chartered accountants, we do not hold ourselves out as one, and we perform no CA-reserved work at all.

Do you pay referral fees?

No, in either direction. The arrangement is purely professional: you introduce clients who need their monthly finance function run properly, and questions that need a CA come back to you.

What happens to the year-end and the audit?

Nothing changes about who does them — you do. What changes is what you receive: reconciled books, tied GST and TDS, and supporting schedules, well before the deadline.

What if a client of ours already has an accountant?

Then we can take over the monthly work, or sit alongside them for reconciliation, reporting and review. How a switch works sets out the handover, without disrupting filings.
